VisClaims is a PC-based claims processing system enabling easy and
quick processing of:
- Medical
- Dental
- Optical
- Pharmaceutical
- Disability
and other types of claims.
- Full tracking of patient history, payments, denials, and pending
(awaiting additional info) claims.
- Uses limits and deductions set by the user, with interfaces to
industry standard Usual and Customary (U&C) pricing systems, such
as MDR
- Use of standard (AMA) diagnosis and procedure codes
Many fields are search capable throughout the system, using common screen/display standards.
The data for the VisClaims system is stored in a Microsoft Access® database. Reports use Seagate Crystal Reports®. Customers may consider using these products for special reporting requirements.
