  These 10 text fields can be used for any miscellaneous information you need to store for each employer. This example has none defined.

• Reporting Tab
  
  This contains the default rate, or "contract" used to enter reports from this employer. Since large groups of employers may be subject to the same agreement, the rates are defined by a "Contribution Rate" code, rather than individually.
  Of course, you can define each employer separately, if you choose.
