VisUnion Entering Hours Reported

  Rapid report entry is possible by "preloading" the grid, based on

  • Employer currently assigned
  • Employer the members last worked for
  • A previously entered report.

    When using an existing report, the time could be preloaded as well. The time could be:

    • No time (0) - the time for each member on this report varies too much to pre-load the hours
    • Include Time - the time preloaded is the same as on the existing report
    • Reverse Time - used when making corrections. E.G. 160.25 hours was entered on an earlier report , so the screen is preloaded with -160.25 hours.
  Any data on the preloaded lines may be changed. Lines may be added, deleted, or inserted.

  The reported having been pre-loaded, the operator need only enter the hours or other changes.
