  Date Rules regarding how Welfare will be paid for ANY rate where the member type is "R"

  • first line is applicable for reports for the reporting period (1/1/96 - 12/31/98)
  • the second line is being entered for the rates starting 1/1/99

  this screen's second line is applicable for the rate "BLDV" where the member type is "R" during the reporting period 1/1/98 - present. As the horizontal scroll has moves right, the pension rules move left into view, while the welfare rules move left (and out of view).
